What We Do
Capital markets are essential to the creation of prosperous societies. Successful and sustainable capital-market development requires robust skills in financial regulation and policy planning. Together with the International Finance Corporation and the George Washington University, and with the support of corporates as well as the Motsepe Foundation, we are building a cadre of highly-skilled policymakers across more than 45 developing and emerging economies. Today, over 190 IFC–Milken Institute Capital Markets Program Alumni are working to strengthen their countries’ markets while exploring innovative financial solutions to pressing social and economic challenges.
