She is responsible for integrating sustainability factors, developing product strategies, and driving transition capital opportunities for the group. She has 20 years of investment and asset management experience across Asia, Europe, and the US. Wincel is an Advisory Board Member of the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions, a non-profit organization that recognizes and supports innovative solutions that are both environmentally and economically viable. She also serves as a judge for the Women of the Future Awards, a programme that celebrates and inspires the next generation of female leaders.She holds a global executive MBA from INSEAD, a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of the Philippines and a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
