Sultan Al Hajji joined MBZUAl as Vice President of Public Affairs and Alumni Relations in January 2022. Al Hajji is a nationally known expert in leadership, communication, CSR, organizational development, and business strategy in the UAE. He has held high-level leadership and C-Suite positions in international energy corporations, banking, and the public sector, and his leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation have all been praised for their credibility and efficacy. He has worked in government, industry and banking businesses and has a diverse professional background. Prior to joining MBZUAl, Al Hajji was an expert on partnerships and alumni at UAE University (UAEU). He was VP of TotalEnergies for a long period before joining UAEU. Al Hajji is also the President of Alliance Francaise - Abu Dhabi, which includes philanthropic obligations. In addition, he is the chairman of the UAEU university college of science advisory board, VP of Manzil Center (People with Determination Center), host and founder of the SAH Time Show podcast, and the Knowledge Sharing Group forum. He has a master's degree from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and completed post-graduate studies at ESSEC IMD in France.
