Siddhartha (Sid) Hari is a partner and Co-Head of Elham Credit Partners, based in Hong Kong. Sid started in his current role in June 2023, setting out to build the private credit strategy for Hillhouse who now have a fully functional team across Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Mumbai & Sydney. Sid has been involved in the APAC Private Markets for over 20+ years. Prior to Elham, Sid was at Deutsche Bank for 13 years, running the private financing business for the bank for North Asia and Pacific from 2017-2023 and leading the structuring efforts for India and SEA from 2004-2011. In between these two stints, he was in a regional role at Barclays in Singapore for 6 years, leading the bank's efforts in structured equity and debt transactions. Sid holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Comm Engineering from Netaji Subash Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta
