Albert Goh is the Chief Investment Officer (External Managers) at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Exchange Fund Investment Office since 2017. He was previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Inc. Securities Division for 14 years, where he headed up Sovereign Wealth Fund coverage. Before that he headed up Equity Capital and Derivatives Markets origination at JP Morgan Securities in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Albert also practiced as a solicitor with Slaughter and May in London and Hong Kong and was a Barrister-at-Law at Gray’s Inn London. He has a masters degree in Law from Jesus College, Cambridge University and sits on its Finance and Investment Board.
