Allison Spector is Head of ESG at One Rock Capital Partners, where she is responsible for driving value creation in Real Economy sectors through decarbonization. Prior to One Rock, Allison served as Director of Responsible Investing at Nuveen, where she led sustainable investing and climate risk management across the private markets and real assets investment platform, and for the TIAA General Account alternatives portfolio. Allison previously served as a senior manager at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), where she focused on growing the institutional impact investing market. She began her career in Beijing, working in microfinance. Allison earned a B.A. in international studies from Emory University and an M.S. in sustainable development from the School of Oriental and Asian Studies at the University of London. She is certified in Sustainability & Climate Risk (2020) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and serves on the Novata ESG Advisory Council and the CDP Disclosure Framework Advisory Group.
